RSB Spring Happenings
Friends,
Happy Spring.
I know you'd rather be out basking in the sunshine & strolling in the cool breeze while you fly a kite and sip your lemondade - rather than reading long emails from you favorite Texas singer songwriter/worship leader.
So, this will be to the point and allow such recreation to commence.
There are some RSB happenings and such that I wanted you to be aware of:
NEW SINGLE
'O Great Love' is the title of RSB's latest radio single. We'd be thrilled if you called your local radio station and asked them ever so kindly to spin said track. Also, if your iTunes does not currently contain such a song, click here http://tiny.cc/b2jjm and turn those computer speakers to 11.
MIRACLE CHORD CHARTS
If you play guitar and enjoy yourself some RSB music, this is our gift to you. Chord charts and lyrics for the album 'Miracle' are now posted on our site and available for free download here http://robbieseayband.com/MiracleChords Rock & Roll is alive and well.
CORNERSTONE FESTIVAL
We're beyond thrilled to return to one of the great festivals of the summer. Cornerstone Festival is in Bushnell,IL and we'll be taking the main stage on Sunday night July 3 at 830pm. If you've never been to Cornerstone, I promise you this is the best festival we play all year. (Last time we played the main stage it was with the amazing Over The Rhine, Charlie Peacock & David Crowder). Info & Tickets at www.cornerstonefestival.com
Thanks to each of you for your support and kindness to RSB through the years. Grateful each day to share music and life with you.
Cheers and happy kite flying,
Robbie

RSB And Advent Conspiracy

The story of Christ's birth is a story of promise, hope, and a revolutionary love.

So, what happened? What was once a time to celebrate the birth of a savior has somehow turned into a season of stress, traffic jams, and shopping lists.

And when it's all over, many of us are left with presents to return, looming debt that will take months to pay off, and this empty feeling of missed purpose. Is this what we really want out of Christmas?

What if Christmas became a world-changing event again?

Welcome to Advent Conspiracy.

GROVES DAY
Today is a national holiday -- "Groves Day".

No, not General Leslie Richard Groves who served as military director of the atomic bomb project in the 1930's -- as so many of you were thinking. Not so fast...

Sara Groves & Shaun Groves.
They're not related.
They're not working on a record together.
They don't live in the same state.
I haven't the slightest idea if they even know each other.
But they seem to share much in common.
Neither seems to care much for fame or recognition.
Neither seems to care about making music for the sake of industry or career.
Both seem to value songwriting and honest expression in their art & songs.
Both place faith, family & mission above all in their life - even if it means sacrificing money & accolades.
I have great respect for both of them as friends & artists.
here's the scoop:
Shaun is preparing to record a new album and is inviting you & I to join him. read more  --> http://kck.st/btmGeV
Sara has recorded a live Christmas record in a prison. Yes, a prison - and its beautiful and moving - and a prison sing along is about as 'Jesus' as it gets. Oh..and its free!!!

So, join me in helping make some music with Shaun & receiving some free music from Sara.
Happy GROVES DAY everybody!
Cheers,
Robbie
